Welcome to Puerto Vallarta Pro Am
2024 marks the 35th anniversary for The Puerto Vallarta Pro Am. The tournament boasts 500 annual participants including both PGA Tour players & Senior Tour Players competing. The tournament has grown from its 1989 inception with 11 Teams to 100 Teams and a Waiting List. The Pro Am is about good times, friends, and value intertwined in a competiton on world -class championship venues. The Pro Am’s reputation and success generate over 80% of teams returning year-after-year. We continue to modify the event in an effort make things more equitable & enjoyable for everyone involved!

4 As the world seems to be getting a handle on COVID-19, we will continue working with both the hotel and club(s) on safety measures to best ensure the safety and comfort of our participants. The Marriott, Vista Vallarta Club de Golf and Marina Vallarta Club de Golf continue to take additional measures to protect the safety and well-being of their guests and we will continue to jointly coordinate these efforts for the 2024 Pro Am.
Providing a safe environment for the Pro Am is our #1 objective. We will be continually evaluating the situation to ensure a safe and enjoyable event. Some of the precautions we implemented in 2021 will remain in force for 2024 to ensure we can follow best practices for social distancing and safe group settings. While we do not anticipate any problems, should any issues arise, we will communicate these issues as well as any changes to the schedule or format to ensure our participant’s safety.
